A 37-year-old farmer, who hails from the Oshikoto region, is encouraging fellow youth to begin ploughing the mahangu fields in the northern regions of the country. Willem Amutenya is actively involved in farming in both the  Oshikoto and Ohangwena regions. He passionately advocates for the youth to capitalise on the current good rainfall for agricultural activities.
