Namibian cricket veteran Rowan Erasmus is determined to stay in shape as he aims at winning the upcoming 40-Over World Cup in South Africa. This comes after his team beat South Africa by seven wickets in the Over-40 invitational Africa Cup final last December. The 40-Over Cricket World Cup will take place in Cape Town next month.
