The Katima Mulilo mayor, John Ntemwa, has refuted allegations of mistreating the National Democratic Party (NDP) councillor Simasiku Mukendwa. Despite being issued several warnings, Ntemwa revealed that Mukendwa does not respect him or his fellow council members.
