A communal farmer from the Erongo region is producing and supplying tomatoes and green peppers to six towns in his region as well as Otjozondjupa region after being allocated a resettlement farm in Omaruru five years ago.

The farmer, Gerson Geingob quit his job to pursue full-time farming after becoming a beneficiary of 142 hectares of farm Kasandra through the government’s land resettlement scheme.
