Namibia National Renaissance Corporation (NamibRe) managing director, Patty Karuaihe-Martin, has advised female counterparts in the insurance sector not to let anybody undermine them or question their capabilities.

Karuaihe-Martin, was speaking during lunch at Windhoek’s Mecure Hotel with members of the African Insurance Women Association (AIWA), encouraging women to embody confidence. Karuaihe-Martin assumed the position of president of the African Insurance Organisation (AIO) on Wednesday.
