In a notable effort to preserve and celebrate Windhoek’s history and cultural heritage, the City of Windhoek (CoW) has announced plans to transform some old houses in Katutura into museums.This initiative was announced by Chairperson of the Heritage Advisory Committee Dr. Job Amupanda, during a recent street naming and renaming ceremony in the capital.
Dr. Amupanda emphasised the city’s vision to create spaces that honour and reflect the community’s history and achievements.
