The Ministry of Sport, Youth, and National Services and Cadilu Fishing has signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the Real Madrid programme which aims to introduce school football leagues for boys and girls between the ages of 6 to 16 years to create interest as well as develop talented players.  The programme is set to take place in four unidentified regions during the year.
