Namibia’s road infrastructure quality remains the best in Africa, and a delegation from Sierra Leone undertook a five-day benchmarking visit to Namibia as part of efforts to enhance its road infrastructure.
The high-level delegation of government officials was led by Sierra Leone’s Minister of Works and Public Assets, Dr. Denis Moinina Sandy.
