Two former ministers and fishrot accused Sacky Shanghala and Bernard Esau collectively addressed Ombudsman Basilius Dyakugha regarding the country’s justice system and how their cases are being handled. The duo stated that they had been in prison for four years without trial.  They also complained that their cell does not have enough space because it is occupied by documents. Hence, they are requesting a bigger cell with a table and chair in order to prepare for court appearances. The remarks were shared during Dyakugha’s visit to the Windhoek Correctional Facility to address complaints received from inmates.
