The Roads Authority’s CEO, Conrad Lutombi, has expressed disappointment over the delayed progress of the Engoyi-Omuntele road upgrading project in the Oshikoto region during the site inspection last week.
With the budget allocation of N$ 43 million, the project is lagging behind schedule by nearly three months. In addition, only N$5 million has been spent thus far.
