Otjozondjupa farming couple thrives amidst drought challenges

A full-time farming couple in the Okakarara Constituency of the Otjozondjupa region has managed to expand their vegetable garden and plant feed for their livestock despite severe ongoing drought over the past two years.

This comes after the couple, Mr and Mrs Rukero received training from the Agricultural Bank of Namibia (Agribank) in collaboration with the German Development Corporation (GIZ), on poultry and livestock management in 2022.
