Learners from Otala Combined School were honoured with a visit from the Oshana regional governor Elia Irimari whereby he urged them to study hard and focus on their goals to be successful in life.
Irimari made the remarks during his first visit to the school on Friday, where he also encouraged learners to be neat and keep their environment clean and tidy at all times.
