The Namibia Rugby Union (NRU) has secured a five year sponsorship to the tune of N$ 4.5 million from the Ongos Valley mass housing development company, which coincided with the launch of the Ongos Valley Sevens Rugby Tournament last week Friday in the capital.

Speaking at the announcement, Ongos Valley Chairperson, Reagon Graig, said the sponsorship demonstrates a dedication to advancing the sevens rugby format throughout the country.
