The chairperson of the National Housing Enterprise board, Toska Sem, has stated that the mandate of NHE is to ensure that they deliver on housing needs in the country. She noted that they are working tirelessly to guarantee the efficient and effective deliverance of this important national mandate. She was speaking at the handover of 50 houses to new owners in Omuthiya, constructed to the tune of over N$20 million.
