The Next Generation of Entrepreneurs (NextGen) facility which is a collaborative initiative by the National Youth Council of Namibia (NYC) and a Namibian licensed financial service provider, Bellatrix Investment Managers.

The initiative was introduced with the objective of reducing business failure rates among Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s) by capacitating MSME owners through the development of business plans and models, establishing marketing strategies, conducting feasibility studies and enhancing their financial management skills.
