The Namibia Diamond Trading Company (NDTC) in Windhoek this week celebrated the inaugural graduation of its Diamantaire Enterprise Development programme (EDP).
The pioneering initiative is designed to increase Namibian participation and ownership within Namibia’s diamond sector.
