The Namibia Security Workers Union (NASWU) is requesting to be included in the security labour forum by the Security Association of Namibia (SAN). 

NASWU national organiser, Miguel Paulus, told NewsonOne that by not including their union in the forum, SAN is delaying discussions regarding a possible increase in the minimum wage for security guards.
