The Namibian Standards Institute (NSI) hosted a collaborative workshop that focused on ensuring that the technologies and infrastructures used to produce and transport green hydrogen (GH2) meet globally accredited trade and safety standards.

NSI Chief Executive Officer, Dr  Eino Mvula, stated that the workshop seeks to craft a roadmap that defines GH2 national standards by doing the necessary analysis and verification tests to reach conformity to international standards and requirements for the safe production and trade of GH2.
