Stakeholders from the public and private sectors have gathered in Windhoek to discuss Namibia’s agenda and participation at the upcoming 28th Congress Of Parties, or COP28.  The event, which is organised by the Southern African Science Service Centre for Climate Change and Adaptive Land Management, is a platform that reflects on the country’s climate change journey and aims to set a clear agenda for COP28 which is set to take place in December in the United Arab Emirates in Dubai.
