The Stop Homosexuality and Same-Sex Marriages Committee in Namibia chairperson  Pendapala Nakathingo, said that LGBTQI+ practices were never part of Aawambo culture and region.

The committee is organising a national mass prayer to stop homosexuality and same-sex marriages in the country.
