In an effort to reach out to unregistered SIM card holders, the Mobile Telecommunication Company (MTC) is planning to increase the number of registration centres across the country. The number of those who complied with the mandatory SIM card registration was below 30 percent by June this year and MTC is hoping for a larger turnout before the registration period concludes by end of December.
