By: Josia Shigwedha The Mobile Telecommunication Company (MTC) urges local authorities to embrace the use of digital platforms in service delivery, as they have the potential to enhance the provision of utilities to residents.

This comes after MTC signed a memorandum of understanding with the Keetmanshoop municipality, making it the second local authority to welcome the initiative after Swakopmund.
