By: Josia Shigwedha   The Khomas Regional Council in collaboration with Jiangsu province in China signed a five-year work plan focusing on scholarship and bursaries programmes, students and youth exchange as well as trade and investment promotion.

The six agreements, which target essential priority areas from 2025 to 2028, include community empowerment and policymakers and staff exchange programmes.
