Members of the Khaimabasen community from Katutura are up in arms following the announcement by the City of Windhoek to close the community reading room at the Katutura Community Hall.

Although no specific date has been given for the closure, Khaimabasen community members said that this is the second time the municipality has threatened to close the reading room.
