Katutura Residents Committee spokesperson Shaun Gariseb has raised concerns about the effectiveness of the City of Windhoek’s 50%  interest write-off programme for non-pensioners.

According to Gariseb, the programme falls short of providing significant relief to residents, prompting calls for a review of the programme.
