Katima Mulilo Urban regional councillor, Kennedy Simasiku, said he supports calls for qualifying pensioners to be granted a rebate or special treatment when settling debt owed to the municipality. Simasiku’s remarks come after a recent protest by Katima Mulilo residents demanding the removal of RedForce as a debt collector, alleging that it forces pensioners to pay huge amounts.
