IPPR research associate Frederico Links raised concerns about the N$6.2 million spent on ballot paper printing for the upcoming elections. 

Links noted that this figure exceeds the initial N$2.9 million the electoral commission provided six months earlier. 

IPPR launched its latest Procurement Tracker report in Windhoek today.
