Retired Namibian Police Chief Sebastian Ndeitunga considers himself lucky to be appointed as the new regional governor for the Ohangwena region.   Ndeitunga stated that he will work hard not to disappoint the nation, as well as President Hage Geingob, who presented him with his appointment letter today. The appointment is effective tomorrow, 16th November.

Ndeitunga replaces the outgoing governor, Walde Ndevashiya.
