Guide to setting up civil society organisations launched Local lawyer, Diane Hubbard, has launched a book which aims to guide civil society organisations to self regulate and be accountable to its stakeholder. The book is titled ‘channel for change: Guide to setting up Civil society organisation in Namibia was launched on Monday in Windhoek. The book is supported by Civic +264 and funded by the Hanns Seidel Foundation.
