The owners of Erongo-based Paokwab Farming and Agronomy Investment seek to employ youth to benefit from skills from the couple’s farming enterprise in order to alleviate youth unemployment in the country.

This comes after the owners noted that youth unemployment in the country is mainly caused by a lack of skills and rural-urban migration.
