Electricity Control Board of Namibia (ECB), chief executive officer, Robert Kahimise, has advised consumers to reduce their electricity usage and use it wisely for smart savings. This advice comes in response to complaints from consumers who have reported receiving fewer units of electricity after purchasing it. Kahimise conveyed this message during the launch of the Consumer Education Campaign, aimed at educating electricity consumers on tariff determinations and simplifying the seemingly complex electricity sector.
