Professor Joseph Diescho says opposition parties should take a united stand regarding printing ballot papers.

Diescho also said the opposition parties who sent representatives to South Africa to monitor the printing processes at Ren-Form have double standards.

Speaking to NewsOnOne from Germany, professor Diescho said the ECN’s process in awarding the tender is wrong and suspects that money motivated those who went to South Africa.

“Saying that the process is wrong, at the same time participating in it, I suspect that the people who went to South Africa were motivated by the money. They are going to stay there for more than a week. It’s a lot of S&T money that they are harvesting. And that is part of our politics.  Our politicians are not motivated by principles and values and ethics,” said Diescho.
