Namibia Cycling Federation president, Axel Theissen has raised concerns about the lack of cycling lanes and routes around Windhoek. Theissen noted that the Ministry of Sport, Youth and National Service has fallen short in ensuring the safety of cyclists in the city.  Theissen expressed his sentiments during the Nedbank Cycle Challenge launch yesterday in Windhoek.
