The Namibia Chess Federation was boosted with a N$500,000 donation from Bank Windhoek yesterday. The bank’s marketing and corporate communications executive officer, Jacquiline Pack, stated that, unlike other sport, chess contributes to Namibia’s intellectual development strategy among scholars.
